De kleinschaligheid van het bedrijf staat garant voor een persoonlijke professionaliteit. Bij RCS is de klant nog ouderwets koning. RCS, voorheen Realtime Cassette Copy Service, is opgericht in het begin van de jaren tachtig. De activiteiten bestonden in die tijd voornamelijk uit het realtime kopiëren van audio-maatcassettes. Na de overname van het bedrijf door José en Tonny van Groningen kreeg RCS een nieuwe impuls door de opkomst van cd en dvd. Op dit moment wordt het bedrijf geleid door Ivo van Groningen. RCS is gevestigd in Zevenhoven vlakbij Aalsmeer.
